Each Back The Next Play fundraiser T-shirt is made to order. Please review the design, color, size, quantity, and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us through our Contact page within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. Do not mail an item back unless we provide return instructions. After reviewing the claim, we will explain the available resolution.

Size and preference

Because each shirt is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for an incorrectly selected size or color, a change of mind, or personal preference, except where required by applicable law.

Changes and cancellations

Submit a cancellation or change request through our Contact page immediately. Requests can only be considered before production begins and are not guaranteed. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
