These Terms govern use of backthenextplay.com and purchases from Back The Next Play. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the website.

Fundraiser purpose

Back The Next Play is a personal basketball fundraiser supporting Jaxon and Jordan Ruiz. Net proceeds from fundraiser T-shirt sales help cover basketball season fees, uniforms and equipment, shoes and athletic gear, training and development, and tournament or travel expenses when applicable.

Purchases and personal donations are not represented as tax-deductible charitable contributions. No athletic result, playing time, scholarship, or future opportunity is promised.

Products and orders

We work to describe and display every product accurately. Screen settings and production methods may cause slight differences in color or placement. Product availability, options, and prices may change. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars, and applicable taxes are calculated during checkout.

Fundraiser T-shirts are made to order. Customers are responsible for checking the selected design, color, size, quantity, and shipping information before completing checkout.

Changes and cancellations

Submit any change or cancellation request before production begins. Requests are not guaranteed. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or changed.

Shipping, refunds, and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Refund and Exchange Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms. Current shipping is limited to the United States.

Website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, submit fraudulent orders, transmit malicious code, or use the website for unlawful activity.
